Schlickmann Construction did a fine job renovating our bathroom. The job was done at the quoted price and workers showed as planned. The job took longer than planned but it was no fault of the company. A few snafus occurred but Laion was quick in resolving. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire again and very pleased with the results.

We would definitely use this company again for further remodeling work. Laion was very responsive and polite, listening to our thoughts on remodeling our small master bathroom. The existing bath/shower was replaced with a shower stall, a smaller vanity/2 medicine cabinets with a bigger vanity and medicine cabinet, a new ventilation fan, toilet and radiator covers replaced the existing ones, and lighting was added and improved. His polite and friendly crew were extremely quiet so that we hardly knew they were in the house. They contained dust and debris, cleared up trash and removed it every night. The job took a bit longer than expected due to the shipping vagaries of Build/Ferguson, but we’re extremely pleased with the outcome. The bathroom seems bigger and lighter now, and our budget wasn’t blown sky high as it would have been by other contractors we interviewed.
